Hamilton Southeastern Schools turned down the top offer for roughly 16 acres at 136th Street and Prairie Baptist Road after its online auction closed Oct. 21. Local media reported the district received 45 bids, but officials said the offer did not reach the target price.
The district’s public notice places the parcel at 0 E 136th Street in Fishers and describes it as about 16.14 acres. It also says the electronic sale ran from Sept. 24 through Oct. 21 at 6 p.m. local time.
